It seems many of Panasonic’s radios are made in Indonesia actually.

The PANASONIC RF-562D is made in Indonesia, according to pictures of the device label I’ve seen online. That is the only radio not made in China, to my knowledge. Perhaps Panasonic has other radios made in Indonesia as well.

Seems like someone could make a few bucks manufacturing an emergency radio in America. However, most internal components would still come from China.

Augason Farms is another source (blended and packaged in Salt Lake City with most ingredients sourced in the US, per their FAQ). Walmart and Sam’s Club both offer Augason products. In reply to Pat Warnken. Hi Pat . . . Sadly, many categories, such as laptops. have zero providers that are American-made. I'll see if I can find any emergency radios that are made in a democratic country (or at least a country with a better human rights record than China).
